Howdy Panther Families!

My name is Jeff Dickeson and I am proud to serve as the new Principal of Parma Middle School for the 2020-2021 school year.  I am excited to work with your students to help them grow into the leaders of the future!

My family and I have recently arrived to Parma from Fort Worth, Texas.  My wife, Reagan, is in her 17th year of education and will teach 1st Grade next door at Maxine Johnson Elementary.  My daughter, Brityn, will be in 4th Grade, and my son, Patton, will be in the 1st Grade.  We are thrilled to join the Parma Panther family and establishing our roots in Parma!

I started my educational career in Grapevine, Texas, where I taught 7th and 8th Grade History for 7 years.  I then spent 6 years in the Assistant Principal role, from elementary up to high school.  The last two years I was an Assistant Principal at Keller High School.  We served a student population of 3,125 students at KHS, with a combined Keller ISD enrollment of over 30,000 students.  I love the fact that I am now in a smaller district where I can get to know the students, staff, and families of Parma School District.  Our family has been blown away by the hospitality and friendliness of everyone we have met since we arrived!!

The Parma Middle teachers are excited to welcome back the Parma Middle students!  I know school is going to look different for the foreseeable future, but one thing is constant, and that is the devotion the staff at Parma Middle will show each and every student that walks through these doors.

Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns, or if you just want to say Howdy.

Go Panthers!
